Triple M Real Estate Management has been operating in the Charlotte area since 2011.

What began as the careful management of a small collection of family-owned residential properties has grown, over more than a decade, into a considered practice built on a single principle: treat every property as if it were our own.

That principle is easy to state and harder to live by. It means answering the phone. It means walking properties. It means knowing which vendors keep their word and which ones do not. It means being honest with owners about what their properties need — and being fair with residents about what a home should be.

We are small by design. Our owners are not account numbers, and our properties are not units on a spreadsheet. We work closely with a select group of owners and residents to deliver consistent, hands-on management that reflects the values we would want extended to our own homes.
